MONTHLY CLUB MEMBERSHIPS
(Membership Terms - Monthly payments are due upon receipt on the first day of each month. Annual payments are due annually on the date of purchase. Monthly dues not paid by the 10th of each month will result in delayed release of membership rewards for the month until paid. Due to the limited number of available lockers, non-payment of membership for 3 consecutive months will result in cancellation of membership to include forfeiture of the locker. Any contents within the locker will be held for the customer to pick up. Any items not picked up after 6 months will be disposed of accordingly. To reinstate membership all dues must be paid in full for any missed monthly payments. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting the store. Please cancel at least one week prior to the first of each month to ensure cancellation request can be processed before the new billing cycle begins. By making your first payment for membership you are agreeing to the Membership Terms.)
